Strawberry Cream Cheese French Toast

Filling:

2 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 Tablespoon orange juice

grated orange zest from one small orange

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Beat 3 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla for your French toast.

Dip bread in batter on both sides and cook on griddle until golden brown on both sides.

Serve French toast while still hot spread with the cream cheese mixture, layer with strawberries and top with more berries and powdered sugar.
